Agent Bobby is provided and operated by Loxidev LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). These terms govern your use of the Agent Bobby website, mobile app, and related services. By using Agent Bobby, you agree to these terms with Loxidev LLC.

Not financial advice

Agent Bobby provides market analysis and education for informational purposes only. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions. Markets carry risk, including loss of principal.

Brokerage connections

Connecting a brokerage account is optional and requires your authorization through the provider’s connection flow. Our initial SnapTrade integration provides read-only portfolio access; it does not place orders or transfer funds. Account data may be delayed or incomplete. Refer to your brokerage’s records when verifying balances and holdings.

Subscriptions

Bobby Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID ($17.99/month or $149.99/year) with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. It renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or scrape it. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the app or reliance on its content.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
